Portion Control

Consuming more food than you need and not expending it through activity is one of the major causes of obesity.

Effective ways to limit your portion size and eat more healthily:

  • A portion of meat should be the size of your palm

  • Instead of putting leftovers in one big container, split them up into small portions

  • Packaway any extra food so you are not tempted top go for seconds

  • Cut back on processed foods and treats and try nad eat more fruit and veg'.
