Boost Your Metabolism
If you want to decrease your body weight then it’s crucial to find methods
to charge your metabolism. If you have more metabolic rate(MR) then your body
fat will burn faster.
There are several ways to boost up your essential metabolic rate. Besides the
obvious age and gender affects on your MR it is possible to burn fat at an
amazing rate if you put more hard work into your daily routine. Five essential
pieces of advice:

Weight training: Among the best way to charge up your metabolism rate by
increasing muscle mass. However there is no need to build a muscular body
to burn fat but a little bit of muscle looks a lot better than fat!

Exercising : Aerobic exercise will also boost up your MR. About 30/35
minutes a day would be awesome for your MR. If you can throw in some jogging
or
cycling regularly that would add to this.

Eat a Healthy breakfast : A lot of folk don’t
eat a breakfast at all. IT is important to eat a healthy breakfast to boost
you up for the
day. Try
not to miss breakfast!

Diet : Eat a diet which boosts your MR. Eating healthy foods will boost
your MR e.g. salmon and lean meats. There are several other foods which
will boost
your MR too!

Water :Take in more water. Most of us do not drink
enough water every day. You should try and drink as much fluid as you can
- fizzy drinks and
coffee
don’t count - sorry!
